WinPIM is a professional personal information manager (PIM) that works to manage your contacts, dates and events, tasks, notes or any data that`s important. With its contacts agenda you can store the physical addresses of your friends, email addresses, telephone and fax numbers, birthdays, photos, etc. With WinPIM you can establish a relation between one of your contacts and another or group them by category, personalize their names, assign functions to follow tasks, print data chosen in one of three styles available to create a business card, etc. With the calendar you can import the time of many countries and make notes on each of the days, Also, WinPIM includes different views so you can view the calendar by year, month, week or day. WinPIM incorporates a reminder function so you won`t forget your next appointments, important dates and anniversaries. It gives you the option to attach text files, images or even sounds to your notes, select icons to signal a particular day, share data with other members of a PC network and administer emails.
